Complete the application and upload your driver's license, passport (non-U.S. citizens), and pilot certificate.

Select your class date, submit a $500 deposit to reserve your seat, and choose accommodation from our partner hotels.

Train

We confirm enrollment, send your pre-course materials, and prep you for day one. You arrive ready to fly.

TSA Clearance

Non-U.S. citizens require Transportation Security Administration clearance before any simulator training begins. Typical processing time is one to four weeks.

Application Process

  1. 01Register on the TSA AFSP website and submit your personal info
  2. 02Upload passport and visa documentation
  3. 03Provide a five-year address history
  4. 04Pay the $140 TSA application fee
  5. 05Select Air Vegas Services as your flight provider

U.S. citizens do not require TSA approval but must provide valid proof of citizenship to AVS — a U.S. passport or birth certificate with government-issued photo ID.
